Meet Dr. Joe Milholm

Dr. Joe Milholm

Joe Milholm, DMD

Dr. Milholm was born and raised in Hendersonville, a small town in the
beautiful Western North Carolina mountains. He graduated from Southern
Adventist University near Chattanooga, Tennessee with an undergraduate
degree in Business and Long-term Health Care. After running nursing
homes for a couple of years, he made the decision to attend the University
of Alabama School of Dentistry where he completed his DMD and went on
to complete a residency in Hospital Dentistry followed by his specialty
training in Endodontics.

Dr. Milholm began an Endodontics practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee
which eventually grew to include five doctors with additional offices in
Ooltewah and Cleveland, Tennessee. After practicing there for 25 years,
Dr. Milholm made the decision to retire from that practice and work for
Fountain City Endodontics where he enjoys serving his patients and
working with exceptional colleagues. He has also enjoyed teaching
Endodontics at Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine in
Knoxville and lecturing to various groups. Over the years, Dr. Milholm has
participated in dental mission trips with his family to Cambodia, Kenya,
Fiji, Peru and Haiti.

Dr. Milholm and his wife Dana have three adult children and two (soon to
be three) grandsons. They live on their farm in McDonald, TN where they
keep horses, pigs and chickens. Dr. Milholm loves photography and has
enjoyed seeing and capturing the world, particularly wildlife, through his
many lenses. He also loves being on the water and spending time fishing
with friends and family.
